Realizing structural change (transition) requires courage, inventiveness and thinking outside the box. We don’t settle for ‘satisfactory or good enough’; it can always be better or faster.
Our personal approach is characterized as independent, pragmatic and goal-oriented. We do not believe in ‘one size fits all’. Every organization is different and requires its own specific approach with matching solutions. We work with a small and complementary team that is composed on the basis of relevant knowledge, experience and competences.

Carlos Musters
Founder and Managing Partner
My name is Carlos Musters (1976), I am married and the father of three sons.
After my study Business Economics I have gained my broad work experience at, inter alia, Hunter Douglas Europe, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Suiker Unie (now Cosun Beet Company), Royal Cosun, Leen Bakker Holding, IZICO Food Group (now GoodLife Foods) and Olympic Food Group (Loffos Invest). From various financial management positions and leading (CFO) management roles, I have dealt with very diverse business issues including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), integrations and reorganizations.
My business competences can be summarized as follows:
- Independent and positive mindset (can-do)
- Business savvy, commercial, entrepreneurial
- In control, risk-aware and with an eye for quality
My personal passion is making many kilometers on the road bike and MTB. For a number of years now I have been combining this with running. In addition to being a way to relax through exercise, exercise is also an excellent opportunity for me to gain new business ideas. I also like to read, listen to music and regularly visit a concert.

Roelf de Bruijne
Partner and strategist
My name is Roelf de Bruijne (1974), I am married and father of a daughter and a son.
Nutrition and food production has fascinated me from the beginning of my career. After my study Applied Physics, I started working at Unilever. There I gained experience in operational management and improving the production and innovation process. During this period, I was also involved in the transition to a new owner Golden Hope Plantations Berhad (now Sime Darby Oils).
In the following period as a (managing) consultant at IG&H I developed further in simplifying complex problems with the help of modeling. With this I have been able to support boards in their strategic changes, including those of De Persgroep, Bugaboo and TNT Post.
In 2010 I started working in (Agri-) Food again at Royal Cosun. In addition to leading various M&A processes, I was able to further specialize there in identifying and realizing improvements for various Cosun business units.
In 2018 and 2019 I took a short trip and realized a dream by setting up a restaurant in healthy Mediterranean food. Besides an (almost self-evident) love for cooking, I love to look for relaxation in the effort of running. Just like in my work, I am also always looking for opportunities to improve in this hobby.
I have learned that on the basis of a thorough analysis and making (sometimes difficult) choices you can often achieve more than you initially thought.
